1What we collect

• The email address you enter in the waitlist form
• The language you register for (jp or en)
• UTM parameters used to attribute your arrival (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content)
• Your browser User-Agent and a country code inferred from your IP
• The referrer URL (the page you came from)

We do not use tracking cookies or ad retargeting pixels. We do not collect browsing behavior beyond the fields above.

2Why we collect it

• To send you one notification email when the Service launches
• To grant waitlist-only bonus lesson credits at launch
• To measure ad performance and stop channels that are not working
• To detect and prevent abuse such as spam registrations

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3How long we keep it

We retain your data while the Service is in operation, or up to 30 days after you request removal — whichever comes first.

4Service providers (data processors)

To operate the Service we use the following third-party providers to store and process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and access logs
• Supabase Inc. (United States) — waitlist database storage

This includes transferring personal data outside Japan. Both providers maintain security controls we consider adequate.

5Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your data at any time. If you are in the EU/UK/EEA (GDPR), California (CCPA), or Japan (APPI), you may exercise the rights afforded by the applicable law. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be brought before the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.

7Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will post a notice on this page in advance.
